(Web Desk) – Mushaal Mullick, the wife of jailed Kashmiri Hurriyat leader Yasin Malik, has strongly criticised Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, warning that his aggressive stance will continue until the Kashmir issue is resolved.
Speaking in tv programme, Mushaal said, “Until there is a resolution to the Kashmir dispute, Modi will keep repeating his aggressive policies.” She described the Indian prime minister’s current approach as “disappointing and still focused on blame games.”
She said that India’s targeting of civilians in Pakistan and Azad Kashmir is a violation of international norms and human rights.
She stressed the need for meaningful and structured peace talks, saying that any dialogue — whether in Geneva or elsewhere — must include Hurriyat leadership. “Wherever dialogue takes place, the representation of Hurriyat leaders is essential,” she said.
Mushal also demanded the immediate release of all Hurriyat leaders as a precondition for any substantial peace process, and called for a clear timeline for negotiations to ensure accountability and progress.
